Why is ichigo so weak

Well, flashy fights are part of the charm. Horse said: Until the main character gets so strong the anime is crap then, aka dragonball gt.

Crystal Offline Joined: Nov Posts: Seeing as number 5 and below are adjuchas or gillian, that means 4 is closer in power to number 1 espada than number 5 is close to 4. Ichigo is not a Vasto Lorde but if you wanna include him then his H2 form is by far the strongest. According to Kubo, Ulquiorra did fall in love with Orihime at the end of his life. Grimmjow took on the role of leader, and he doggedly pursued the dream of becoming a Vasto Lorde and ruling Hueco Mundo.

What he really wanted was the power to become a king, and Aizen had just given it to him. His EOS Bankai is essentially a fusion between his two Zanpakuto which represents the duality within his soul. After sifting through his newly discovered heritage, Ichigo was left with a two-sworded Zanpakuto release. When the hero finally unleashed his new Bankai against the villain Yhwach, the two blades merged into a black-and-white khyber knife blade which promptly got wrecked.

Tensa Zangetsu, his Bankai takes this to another level. Well let's see. Base Dordoni somehow managed to block sword swings from Shikai Ichigo with his arms and legs let alone kick away a Getsuga Tensho from Ichigo without looking at him. Someone please correct me, Dordoni is not an Espada anymore, correct?

He is now a former Espada who is ranked down into an ordinary Arrancar, so it makes makes absolutely zero sense why a Captain-class Shinigami like Ichigo struggled to beat this clown of all people with his Shikai, let alone needing to go Bankai lol. Rukia was able to kill Aaroniero, a 9th Espada in a fight with a single Shikai technique while she was in a near dead dying state.

Motherfucking Rukia, a character who is supposed to be weaker than Renji, let alone Ichigo killed an Espada in a fight while she was using a Shikai in a near dead dying state with a single technique!

I forgot to mention that we have someone like Renji, a lieutenant-class Shinigami all of a sudden to powerful enough to draw blood from Base Szayelaporro with just his Shikai, an 8th Espada during their fight at that making Ichigo's fight with Dordoni looking even more disappointing than usual.

Are you people seriously trying to convince me that Shikai Rukia and Shikai Renji are somehow magically stronger than Bankai Ichigo during the Arrancar Arc? How did Rukia was able to kill an Espada in a fight using a Shikai in a half-dead state when a healthy Ichigo was struggling to beat a half-baked Arrancar in a fight who is not even an Espada while using his Shikai?!

What about Renji being able to draw blood on an Espada with just his Shikai?! Ichigo's Shikai should have easily sliced Dordoni into slice potatoes every time Dordoni blocked Ichigo's sword swing, let alone not being able to kick away Ichigo's signature technique!

Ichigo's nerf was one thing, but his sudden gain in power makes no sense whatsoever. How huge? Remember the fight between Nelliel and Nnoitra? Next big gain that Ichigo yet magically got with no explanation is him doing this to Yammy, motherfucking Yammy the 0 Espada. What did Ichigo do? If that's not enough to prove that Ichigo got gains, well he was no-selling attacks from Yammy afterwards without much trouble.

Who the fuck is writing this terrible plot?! The power gaps between these four Arrancars are fucking huge, not some freaking 10x multiplier bullshit! Am I the only one here who hated of how inconsistent Ichigo was during the Arrancar Arc??? It's either him being nerfed to the point that he is completely pathetic to the reader's eyes or him having sudden gains where you would want to question yourself where is he getting all this powers from. Thread starter Sensenmenn Start date Dec 19, Sensenmenn Member. Befor ichigo fought byakuya he had acces to all of his shinigami power the only problem was do to ishins reashi string zangetsu wasn't able to take a independent form or do any thing with out the permition of his Quincy power who's power may have been dormant but was not being saprest.

Ishins string basicly seald the spirit but not the power. Ichigos Quincy power acted as a middle man to train ichigo in bankai. When the reashi string broke and zangetsu was free ichigos Quincy power stepped in and started sapresing zangetsu but unlike ishins seal he saprest zangetsus power not his spirit. The only reason zangetsu was attacking ichigo was because of his asauchi nature.

The who thing with asauchi is what's on top the shinigami or the asauchi. As with nimaiyas test ichigo had to fight zangetsu to see who was top dog. This is also why the asauchi neled to him because he had already beaten his asauchi. So basicly the power scale in bleach was never retarded it makes complete sense because ichigo got way weaker.

No ichigo was never weaker. Fights after the soul society arc are simply misintrepeted. Ichigo didn't get way weaker. He got stronger. This also doesn't mean that the captains got massively stronger. It would explain why regular bankai ichigo has black reiatsu now all of a sudden instead of blue it would also explain why his hollow appeared. This also goes hand in hand with aizen stating that during his fight with byakuya ichigo's hollow appeared.

He was simply a medium in the SS arc to use ichigo's power that at that time was surpressed by isshin. He did this from the start till chapter This event didn't changed thus cannot be used as an argument. Aizen out of all people says that. And let me rephrase his description of ichigo's growth fits right in what isshin says about his seal gradually weakening and finally releasing ichigo's hollow.
