Darkmist Recluse. The respawn rate is great, however the drop rate for the meat is not so hot. I'd estimate about 1 out of 4 or 5 drops is the meat.
I think the Spinners are the most frequent droppers. Then I went to try out BR spire. I'm a level 71 mage and my dps is high as hell, but I died a couple of times trying to find wherever the spiders were, and I got tired of looking for them, so I don't think farming in this instance is a great use of your farming time, as most of it will be spent running to the area with the spiders, and running back out of the instance to reset.
Searing Gorge and the Lava Spiders are ok The meat dropped at least 1 out of 2 times and these suckers are everywhere, by the time you finish killing them in one direction and start running the other, they will have just about respawned. So I'd really recommend this mob and area if you're really looking for the best place to farm this item. Comment by Spyderz West side of searing gorge.
Greater lava spiders, ever spiders will drop one. The high respawn rate helps tremendously. Had 40 meat in minutes. Comment by Flook Spider. The other white meat. I killed it a lot of times, like , and it always dropped the item, and furthermore it regenerates in 60 seconds, so I got tired of farming the spiders, stayed there, and killed her 10 more times, lol.
Comment by amarrah Trying to farm white spider meat for cooking, I went to the Darkmist Cavern at about I was doing this as a level 62 hunter so it didn't take very long. Kill everything outside, then go into the cave and by the time you are ready to come back out again everything has popped again. Rinse, repeat. I just picked up 4 in a row. Just a fyi.
